Portrait and offer
The Munich initiative Jump is a project of the professionally oriented Jugendhilfe BBJH (engl. youth welfare service) and supports young mothers under 25 years of age in their vocational orientation and integration into training or employment.
The individual coaching sessions are arranged individually with the client. If childcare is not yet secured, the children can be brought along.
During counseling, we help the young mother analyzing her personal and professional situation and developing a vocational goal through career orientation, support her in the application process and with searching for an apprenticeship position, a job, or a qualification program.
In addition, Jump also offers support in everyday life by advising on personal, social, and financial difficulties and by helping to find suitable childcare.
Jump offers 20 places for young mothers. Referrals are made through the Jobcenter or, within youth welfare, via the IBZ Jugend.
Interested mothers can contact us directly by phone or email from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., to clarify any initial questions.
Our sponsoring organization is Werkstätte für Zweiradmechanik e.V. (engl. Workshop for Bicycle and Motorcycle Mechanics Association), which is also a member of the BBJH.
