We support older people to live a life as self- determined and fulfilling as possible in their familiar environment. To this end, we offer individual consultations at the office, home visits, visits to the clinic, advice on everyday needs, dealing with the authorities, referrals to further help and group activities.
The multi-professional specialists are supported by volunteers and recovery counselors.
