Woman and Profession GmbH is an educational service provider at the interface between career, work and family. Our services include professional orientation, professional qualification and application management in the formats of
individual counseling and coaching, workshops and training, as well as longer-term courses and training programs. Our goal is the successful and sustainable positioning of the participant on the job market with the possibility of an independent, self-determined life. We see ourselves as companions on the professional path. Our starting point and orientation are the skills that women bring with them from their various places of learning: In addition to training and work, we consider knowledge and skills from family activities, social commitment and personal life history to be the starting capital of each participant.
