Portrait and offer
VIVA CLARA was founded in 1990 as a small, women-specific employment project by Condrobs e.V.. Today, VIVA CLARA offers sheltered employment for 40 women from a wide range of backgrounds and has matured into a professional social catering business. Under the motto “Delicious enjoyment & social commitment”, we offer home-made international cuisine in our bistro, operate a professional catering service and cater for the in-house conference rooms.
Our aim is to support socially disadvantaged women, who have fewer opportunities on the general labor market due to their life story and/or social background, on their way (back) into work and society and thus into a self-determined life. We focus on qualification through “training on the job”, empowerment through experiences of success, socio-pedagogical support, inclusion and appreciation.

The city of Munich stands for an urban society without discrimination with equal opportunities for all. Equal rights are a constitutional principle, but the real implementation of this norm requires cooperation with civil society in addition to a state mandate. In Munich, there are a large number of organizations, institutions and projects that are involved in the task of implementing equal rights for women, men and people of other genders.
With this “Women’s Handbook Munich”, the Equal Opportunities Office for Women of the City of Munich offers an overview and information on where to turn with a specific concern. More information about the Equal Opportunities Office for Women can be found on our homepage.
