The VDI Network of Women in Engineering is the platform for the exchange of women in engineering and related disciplines. The aim is to bring women in engineering into contact with each other and to inspire them so that they can use their technical and individual experience and skills effectively at every stage of their lives. The participants are committed to a society and working environment that utilizes diversity and promotes family and equal pay.
Offers of the fib:
– Exchange of experiences in the areas of women in a man’s world, women and leadership, family and career and life paths
– Theme evenings for interdisciplinary further training
– Networking beyond your own workplace
– Networking with other associations and federations
– Part of the nationwide VDI fib network, which meets every two years for the VDI fib congress, among other things
