On Girls’ Day, schoolgirls can get to know professions in which only a few women have worked to date. These are mainly professions in the fields of IT, trades, natural sciences and technology. Or they can meet female role models in management positions in business and politics.
Girls’ Day usually takes place on the fourth Thursday in April each year.
