Portrait and offer
The Feminist Law Clinic offers free legal advice from a queer-feminist perspective. You can come along to our open consultation hour every Thursday from 5 to 7 pm in the Protestant Student Community without prior appointment. This is where legal advice is first prepared and a consultation appointment is arranged.
We support you with the following topics:
Sexualised violence: counselling after sexual assault; help with reporting rape or sexual assault.
Right to self-determination: Information and support with changing your name and gender entry.
Maintenance law: help with maintenance claims after separation and clarification of claims against partners.
All services are provided by our trained student counsellors and under the guidance of fully qualified lawyers. Our counselling does not replace legal advice from a lawyer. We also offer online counselling (information at: www.feministlawclinic.de/beratung).

The city of Munich stands for an urban society without discrimination with equal opportunities for all. Equal rights are a constitutional principle, but the real implementation of this norm requires cooperation with civil society in addition to a state mandate. In Munich, there are a large number of organizations, institutions and projects that are involved in the task of implementing equal rights for women, men and people of other genders.
With this “Women’s Handbook Munich”, the Equal Opportunities Office for Women of the City of Munich offers an overview and information on where to turn with a specific concern. More information about the Equal Opportunities Office for Women can be found on our homepage.
