We advise citizens of the city of Munich on how to
• Dealing with debt problems
• Preparation of insolvency proceedings
• on the seizure protection account (P-account) and issue certificates to increase the basic allowance.
The advice is subject to the statutory data protection regulations and the duty of confidentiality and is free of charge.
Insolvency advice:
We will provide you with comprehensive information about consumer insolvency proceedings.
Extrajudicial or judicial proceedings offer over-indebted people the chance to be discharged from residual debt. This usually takes place after a good conduct phase of three years.
We negotiate out of court and provide support when applying for court insolvency proceedings and represent you in court proceedings if necessary.
Youth debtor counseling:
A special service for teenagers and young adults under the age of 26.
