We are a management consultancy specializing in mixed leadership. We have been advising German SMEs, large companies, public institutions and research institutes in the field of personnel development since 2001. Diversity matters is our mission. We stand for a working world in which diversity is actually seen as an opportunity. We accompany our clients on their way to more diversity and equal leadership. Our focus is on cross-mentoring across companies, which enables different organizations to build bridges and enter into dialogue with each other. Our first cross-mentoring program started 22 years ago in Munich. We are now represented at 7 locations throughout Germany. Internal mentoring programs, diversity consulting and training for managers are just some of the services we offer.

The city of Munich stands for an urban society without discrimination with equal opportunities for all.
