avanta Steps is a job-related partial qualification. Within 12 months, women acquire the skills they need to (re)enter the job market. The content of the vocational training course “Office Communication Clerk” forms the basis for avanta Steps. During the course of the program, the women are taught three job-related and nationally certified partial qualifications and two qualification modules. Application training, transition coaching and internships supplement the qualification content.
