We offer counselling, support and mediation for people living in the area around Munich (Region 14):
– In the event of personal difficulties, we help to get an overview and develop a solution strategy together
– Support in filling out forms
– Assistance with social law issues
– Advice on practical life issues
– Referral to specialist counselling centres (e.g. relationship, parenting and family issues)
– Clarification of cost coverage for sign language interpreters, assistance and communication aids, aids
– Counselling on dealing with one’s own hearing impairment for those affected, relatives or third parties
– Guide function: If necessary and at the client’s request, accompaniment to authorities or specialist centres
– Information and advice on the following topics Deafness, forms of communication and deaf culture
