– Receiving concerns, complaints, praise, suggestions (anonymity guaranteed)
– Bundling patient concerns (anonymity guaranteed)
– Networking with counselling and complaints offices, patient advocacy facilities, clinics and the Health Advisory Council of the City of Munich
