The Munich emergency drug service “L43” is a low-threshold acute help center for drug users.
The emergency drug service includes
– a 24-hour counseling center
– a contact store with a café
– an emergency shelter
The service includes short-term overnight accommodation in the emergency shelter, syringe exchange in the open café of the contact store and counseling/crisis intervention without appointments
in the 24-hour counseling center. One floor of the emergency shelter is reserved for women only. Men are not admitted here.
The emergency drug service is available from 00.00-24.00 on 089/54 90 86 30.
Personal counseling sessions: daily from 08:30-21:00
Syringe exchange: daily from 11.00-23.00
Contact store with café: daily except Thursday 14.00-20.00
Emergency shelter: registration daily 18.00-19.00 (emergency admissions possible after 19.00)
